Yes, we offer a very easy process to import the reviews from other review apps. Kindly follow these steps:

1. Go to Settings: In Proviews, navigate to Settings and click on Import/Export.
2. Choose your review app: Select the review app you want to import from. By default, the first app in the list will be selected.
3. Upload your CSV file: Choose the CSV file that contains your reviews and click Submit.
4. Check import summary: Once submitted, a summary message will appear at the top of the page.
5. Review errors: If something goes wrong, an error message will appear and the details will be available for download.

If your reviews don't import correctly, don't worry! Simply email your review CSV file to us at support@proviews.com.

Be sure to include the name of the review app you're importing from, and we'll take care of the rest.

Follow these easy steps to add the Proviews widget to your product pages:

1. Go to Shopify backend: In your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Themes and click Customize.
2. Select product template: From the dropdown, choose the product template where you want to add the Proviews widget
3. Add Proviews widget: On the left panel, click Add Section, then select the Proviews widget.
4. Adjust widget position: You can move the widget up or down by simply dragging and dropping it to your preferred position.
5. Save changes: Once you're happy with the placement, click Save to apply the changes.

Now, the Proviews widget will be live on your product page.

Follow these steps to add the Proviews widget to your product pages:

1. Go to Shopify admin: In your Shopify backend, go to Online Store>>Themes and click Customize.
2. Enable App Embed: In the left sidebar, find and click on App Embeds. Then, enable the Proviews Snippet and click Save.

4. Add code to product template: Find the product.liquid or product-template.liquid file in the list of theme files. Add the provided Proviews code at the bottom of the file.
5. Save Changes: After adding the code, click Save to apply the changes.

Important Note: If you have multiple product templates or use third-party apps for creating product pages, you'll need to add the code to each of the template files.
